Nathen Steffel, upload a picture of his baby Sophia, on reddit and asked users to photoshop this. The reason behind this is really heartbreaking. His daughter Sophia recently passed away. He said he could not able to take normal picture of his baby as she lived all of her life with tubes on her face in hospital.
The response for his request is really adorable.
