On a specific version of IOS 9 adapted to pressure sensing screens, Touch Force especially provide new shortcuts to faster access to some common functions built into iOS applications. Example: on the implementation plans , it is sufficient to select a destination and then press a little harder on the screen to immediately start navigating. Strong support on a song in Music offer you all the options traditionally available from a context menu.

More interesting, Touch Force could also serve to get faster access to certain functions of the mobile from the icons on the home screen. Strong support on phone give immediate access to the answering machine, for example. We also benefit in Safari a function similar to that which is found on Mac: Strength serve Touch here to preview a Web page before clicking the link ... Similar preview functions would be available for the addresses and contact.

Apple also provide an API for developers to use the Force Touch technology in third party applications. Mark Gurman lastly that 12.9-inch screen iPad (the one we nicknamed iPad Pro) also benefit from the techno and stylus.
