STEP 1: INCREASE TESTOSTERONE LEVEL

STEP 2: EAT SUGARY FOOD
Although sugary foods are not good, but if your body develops insulin resistance then sugary food is pretty good to stave off this resistance. When your body starts showing change, stop intake of sugary item and try to control sugar level.

Cortisol is another fat retaining hormone. This hormone is associated with stress. Meditation and yoga will help you in relieving stress and control cortisol hormone.
