You will need:
Eye shadow
Glittering powder
Gel eye liner
Mascara
Steps:
Step1: Start with applying the eye shadow over the entire eyelid like you sweeping your eye brush horizontally with two coats.
Step2: apply the shiny eye powder over the eye lid and apply it with your finger only and then dab your finger in the glitter powder and the same way apply it over the entire eye lid like you sweeping your finger horizontally.
Step3: Using the liquid liner pen mark the upper eye lash and then edge out a wing form the corner of the eye.
Step4: Now, open your eye and get those glitters on the paper which couldn’t stick on the eye when you applied them with your finger.
Step5: Now, using the marking brush, mark out the wing from the lower lash edge too and finish it with the black mascara.
