You will need:
Lip scrubber
Lip balm
Foundation or lip concealer
Lip pencil color
Lipstick
Steps:
Step1: Start with the lip scrubber on the lips so you can remove the dead skin from the lips and then apply the nourishing lip balm over the lips and let the lips sock the moisture of the lip balm.
Step2: Now, pat the concealer over the lips with the help of the cosmetic sponge. Don’t entirely erase your mouth but cancel out your lip’s natural pink color so the later lip’s true hue comes out.
Step3: If you are wearing the bold lip color then outline the outer edge of the lip with concealer pencil and this will behave as fencing for the lipstick you going to apply over the lips.
Stpe4: Now take a lip liner and start outlining the lips and be careful when you are making the “V” on the upper lip and then fill the lips with the same outliner.
Step5: Now, begin applying the same color shade lipstick over the lips and fill the lips with the same color lipstick. Make the proper “V” on the upper lip and sweep off the lipstick on the lower lip as well but from the corner to the center line on the lower lip.
Step6: Blot the powder on the lips through the tissue paper and then again apply the one coat of lipstick and you are done here.
