
Dimples are those small cute circular hollow holes that appear on our face and thighs. There has not been found any scientific reason which can really explain the occurrence of dimples. 1. CHANGE IN DIET-
A) EATING OMEGA RICH FOODS, cellulite deposition is basically caused by the deposit of fat cells. Hence in order to remove fat cells from our body we need to burn that extra fat. Cellulite cells are best burned when they come in contact with omega-3. Salmon fish is a great example of omega rich food. You can also opt for taking omega-3 supplements.
B) INCREASE YOUR INTAKE OF VITAMIN B6- Vitamin B6 is one ingredient which helps in curing bloating. Bloating makes dimples more visible and hence if only you can cure your bloating you can treat your dimples. Hence increase the intake of B6 rich foods like black pepper and sunflower seeds.
